Hi, I’m glad you’re here. My name is Abbi, and I’m completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University. I approach therapy with compassion, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. I’m here to walk alongside you as you reconnect and deepen your understanding of yourself.
Howdy! I’m Adam, a board-certified music therapist and graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the College of William & Mary. For the past five years, I’ve worked at a public inpatient mental health institute, supporting clients from a wide range of backgrounds. I believe gaining an intersectional understanding of a person is critical to addressing their needs—meeting them emotionally, physically, cognitively, socially, and communicatively.
I’m a therapist in training who believes that healing begins in spaces where people feel safe, seen, and deeply respected. My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in compassion. I strive to create a warm, affirming environment where clients can show up as they are and move at a pace that feels right for them. I often begin sessions by slowing things down and tuning into what feels most needed in the moment.
I’m a graduate therapist at Sol Health, completing my clinical training at Columbia University. For more than 15 years, I’ve worked with individuals and families in New York as a doula and somatic coach, supporting people through moments of profound change, vulnerability, and growth. These experiences shape my belief that healing happens through connection, when clients feel seen and respected as the experts of their own lived experience.
I help young adults navigate the emotional challenges of transition—whether that’s uncertainty, shifting relationships, or exploring their sense of self—with care and compassion. I believe that healing is possible when people feel seen, heard, and supported. Prior to joining Sol Health, I worked with survivors of trauma, which shaped my commitment to creating spaces where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and empowered. Currently, I am in my second year in the MSW program at New York University's Silver School of Social Work.
Reaching out for support takes courage, and whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, you're not alone. I offer a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported—exactly as you are. My approach to therapy is compassionate and collaborative. I also believe that healing doesn’t happen in isolation. I consider the roles of family, culture, and environment in your experience, drawing from family systems and holistic perspectives that honor the mind-body connection. Currently, I am completing my MSW degree at Tarleton State University.
Hi there, I’m so glad you’re here! Choosing to begin therapy is a deeply personal step, and finding the right therapist matters just as much. While this work is centered on you, I want to share that I’m no stranger to life’s harder seasons. My own lived experiences allow me to bring both empathy and practical tools into the therapy room. Currently, I am completing my Master's in Mental Health Counseling degree at Adams State University.
Hi, I’m Alexandra, a graduate therapist in my final year of Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. I prioritize empathy and curiosity, creating a space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. Therapy works best when it’s collaborative, paced to your comfort, and focused on understanding yourself and building the life you want.
Hi there! I'm a therapist-in-training intern at Sol Health, currently pursuing my Marriage and Family Therapy degree at Capella University. Becoming a therapist has been a lifelong calling for me - I have always valued listening to others and supporting them as they navigate life's challenges. As a therapist-in-training, I bring a warm, compassionate, and collaborative energy into the room — one that invites honesty, connection, and healing.
Growing up, mental health wasn’t something my family talked about, and I often carried feelings of isolation, anxiety, and self doubt. These experiences shaped my approach to therapy: I aim to create a space where clients feel truly heard and understood. I specialize in working with people who feel lost, disconnected, or stuck, and who are searching for meaning in life. I draw from existential, narrative, and art therapy approaches, helping clients explore the big questions. Currently, I am completing my Master's degree at Columbia's MSW program.
Every individual carries a unique story, and as an Associate Therapist, I am deeply honored to walk alongside you on your journey. I understand that life’s challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming, and seeking support is a courageous and important step. I am here to listen, support, and guide you through these difficult times. Together, we will embark on a collaborative journey to understand your thoughts and feelings, identify patterns that may no longer serve you, and develop effective coping strategies that empower you to move forward with resilience and confidence.

If you’re dealing with anxiety, high-functioning ADHD, stress, burnout, sleep struggles, or relationship stress, I’ve got you. My vibe is warm, culturally sensitive, and skills-based—so you’ll leave sessions with real tools, not just more to think about. Lets create a safe space for you to grow!
Hi, I’m Amy. My career in mental health began as a social worker and case manager, where I supported individuals of all ages and backgrounds. These experiences deepened my desire to understand people’s stories and provide support that fosters lasting healing and growth, which led me to pursue counseling. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and am completing a second Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
I approach therapy as a collaborative and compassionate space where you can work at your speed. My goal is to help you feel safe, understood, and supported as we make sense of what you are going through. Again, the therapeutic process will always unfold at your desired pace.
I’m Annette, a Master’s-level Clinical Social Work intern at the University of West Florida. I support clients with compassion and evidence-based care. My approach is attachment-focused, integrating Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and trauma-informed CBT to help individuals explore emotions, strengthen relationships, and address anxiety, depression, and relational distress. Together, we’ll build practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and support healing from relational wounds, including adoption-related grief and loss, so you can heal, grow, and thrive.

As a new mom, I know firsthand how life transitions can shift our sense of self, our relationships, and our intimacy. I believe sexuality and mental health are deeply connected, and I want to create a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly about your desires, boundaries, and relationships without judgment. Currently, I am completing my Master's of Social Work degree at Yeshiva University.
I’m Audrey, a therapist-in-training intern and MSW candidate at Winthrop University. I prioritize empathy and curiosity in practice, creating an open, conversational space that encourages exploration. My background in theatre and lifelong acting has shown me the power of empathy and the ways art supports healing. Growing up in a military family also instilled early lessons in open-mindedness, curiosity, and compassion with everyone—not just people who look or live like me.

You might have heard the expression that healing is nonlinear- as your clinician, I feel really strongly that therapy is best when it’s unrushed, and it’s really important that it happens at your own pace and comfort. My take on therapy is that it’s for examining thoughts without bypassing feelings. It’s predicated on excavation of self, a lot of self-compassion, and willingness to closely turn over complex ideas as if in the palms of your hands. From me, you can expect warmth, investment, and- where appropriate- even humor to support increased perspective. This highly personalized process is, I believe, one of the best efforts any of us can make for our health.
