๐Ÿ‘‹ About Me

Iโ€™m so glad you're here. Iโ€™m a therapist in training who believes that healing begins in spaces where people feel safe, seen, and deeply respected. My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in compassion. I strive to create a warm, affirming environment where clients can show up as they are and move at a pace that feels right for them. ย I often begin sessions by slowing things down and tuning into what feels most needed in the moment. When clients feel overwhelmed or stuck, slowing down may look like pausing together, gently sitting with emotions and using mindfulness and nervous system regulation to support a greater sense of grounding and understanding.

Iโ€™m especially passionate about supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, neurodiverse individuals navigating ADHD or Autism, grief or anxiety and depression, and those experiencing life transitions. These experiences can be tender and heavy to carry alone. My goal is to meet you with openness, curiosity, and care as we navigate through them together. I hope each session leaves you feeling more supported, more connected to yourself, and moving through life with a bit more clarity and gentleness.
