WHY SOL HEALTH

Generational Relatability

Finding a therapist who truly understands your values and your identity can be difficult. Many of our therapists-in-training are in their mid-to-late 20s and 30s (+ 40s and 50s too!), so you can talk to someone who’s similar to your age. Talking about your ‘situationship’? They’ll get it.

Cultural Competency

Our two-tier team is the most diverse slice of mental health professionals you'll find—across age, cultures, identities, and lived experiences. If you need a therapist who shares your religion, culture, or LGBTQ+ identity, we’ll make it happen.

Therapeutic Outcomes

93% of our clients demonstrated improvement in depression and anxiety symptoms when measured before treatment and after one month of treatment. These are measured by gold-standard clinical outcome tests.

Structured to Avoid Burnout

Our therapists handle between ~8-20 clients weekly. In contrast, licensed therapists often have a caseload of over 40 clients, leading to scheduling challenges, burnout, and often, reduced patient care.

Low Stakes & Approachable

We're changing the status quo. Therapy doesn't have to feel like this clinical or 'sterile' setting. We want to make therapy feel as comfortable as talking to a friend who just gets you - that is, a friend with professional training and guidance. Especially if this is your first time taking therapy seriously, you'll enjoy the journey towards your well-being so much more with us.

Accessible

You can access our therapy in one of two simple ways. Same high-quality care—choose the path that works best for you:

1) If you’re paying out of pocket, sessions with our Graduate Therapists are a flat $30 per session—no paperwork, no surprise fees.

2) If you have an insurance plan we're in-network with, you can see an Associate Therapist. We handle all the benefits checks and claims for you.

Privacy

If you’d rather keep therapy totally private, our $30 self‑pay option leaves no trace on any insurance records.

Prefer to use your benefits? We send insurers only the bare‑minimum billing codes—your conversations stay just between you and your therapist.

Whichever path you choose, every session is encrypted on our HIPAA‑secure platform, and your data is never shared or sold.
