Clinical Supervision

At the core of our supervision philosophy is a belief in ongoing learning, cultural sensitivity, and personalized support.

We understand the diverse needs of our clients, and our supervision process reflects our dedication to maintaining a safe and inclusive space for therapeutic growth.
Support Behind Every Session
Every Graduate and Associate Therapist at Sol Health is backed by licensed therapists who guide, mentor, and review their care. It’s part of our promise to deliver thoughtful, safe, and high-quality therapy.

What Is Supervision?

As our Graduate and Associate Therapists work towards full licensure, they are closely supported by licensed supervisors who review their cases and guide their growth. Supervision also includes peer reviews, compliance audits, literature reviews and professional development workshops to ensure high-quality care.

Who Are Our Supervisors?

Our supervisors are licensed Psychologists, LMHCs, or LCSWs with extensive experience in practicing psychotherapy. They are recruited not only for their extensive expertise but also for their passion for guiding and nurturing the next generation of mental health professionals. They have a minimum of 3 years' clinical experience—many with decades.
