👋 About Me

I'm ready if you're ready!! I’m Annette, a Master’s-level Clinical Social Work intern at the University of West Florida. I support clients with compassion and evidence-based care. My approach is attachment-focused, integrating Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and trauma-informed CBT to help individuals explore emotions, strengthen relationships, and address anxiety, depression, and relational distress. Together, we’ll build practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and support healing from relational wounds, including adoption-related grief and loss, so you can heal, grow, and thrive.
