I’m Audrey, a therapist-in-training and MSW candidate at Winthrop University. I prioritize empathy and curiosity in practice, creating an open, conversational space that encourages exploration. My background in theatre and lifelong acting has shown me the power of empathy and the ways art supports healing. Growing up in a military family also instilled early lessons in open-mindedness, curiosity, and compassion with everyone—not just people who look or live like me.
My approach is person-centered and empowerment-based, encouraging compassion for yourself and honoring that you are the expert on your story. Together we’ll establish goals and take steps toward improving your mental health and sense of self, which in turn strengthens relationships and other areas of life. This approach seeks to bring you back to yourself, address burnout, and affirm that you are capable of taking control in your healing journey.
