Hello! I’m glad you’re here. I’m an associate licensed social worker (therapist) with experience treating depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, trauma, and personality disorders. I especially enjoy working with individuals who identify as neurodivergent and as part of the LGBTQ+ community. I believe therapy is a collaborative effort and draw from a variety of approaches, including DBT, CBT, ACT, art therapy, and somatic-based practices, to support you in reaching your goals.
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. For it to be helpful, it takes time and a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and how they impact your life. While therapy isn’t always easy or fun, it can be deeply worthwhile. This work requires bravery, and I consider it an honor to be part of someone’s therapy journey. You can expect a space that is open, judgment-free, and supportive—one where I may gently challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors while encouraging autonomy in your decisions.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Binghamton University and also completed my undergraduate training in social work. My clinical experience spans nearly ten years and includes work in residential substance use treatment, intellectual and developmental disability services, and with NYS OASAS on projects and policy. You’ll also likely meet my dog Lindsey (the world’s cutest springer spaniel) and my cats, Popcorn and Piper, during sessions. I look forward to meeting you—and so do they!
