Hi, I’m Ariana - a Licensed Associate Counselor with a master’s and Ed.S. degree from Seton Hall University. I specialize in support for Gen Z, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and emerging adults facing challenges like anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and identity questions.

My sessions are structured yet conversational - I emphasize authenticity, humor, and empathy, blending evidence-based tools with space for emotional expression and reflection. I create a space where you feel free to explore difficult emotions, gain new tools, and deepen your self-awareness. We will explore your history, current concerns, and goals for therapy, with regular check-ins to make sure therapy feels right for you.
