👋 About Me

Hello, my name is Emilia Leah Isaacs, and I'm a final year MSW candidate at Yeshiva University. My clinical style is rooted in CBT and DBT, and I enjoy helping clients uncover the root of their challenges while learning practical skills to reframe thoughts and create lasting change. I take a holistic view of each person rather than focusing only on symptoms, bringing kindness, understanding, and compassion into every session.

I tailor sessions to each client’s needs using my knowledge and training, with the belief that therapy is not just about addressing issues but also about building resilience, confidence, and self-understanding. I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel heard and equipped with skills they can carry into daily life.

My goal is for every client to leave therapy not only with tools to manage struggles, but also with a stronger sense of self and an improved quality of life.
