👋 About Me

Hi, I’m Alexandra, a graduate therapist in my final year of Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. I prioritize empathy and curiosity, creating a space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. Therapy works best when it’s collaborative, paced to your comfort, and focused on understanding yourself and building the life you want.

I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, relationship dynamics, and life transitions. The approach is person-centered and evidence-informed, combining reflective exploration with practical tools to support growth, resilience, and self-understanding. Together, we’ll uncover patterns, identify strengths, and take steps that feel meaningful.

I’m originally from Texas, and when I’m not in session, you might find me playing pickleball, spending time with my mini Aussie, or catching a show or movie to get lost in. I’m looking forward to meeting you and supporting your journey.
