Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over three years of experience providing clinical supervision to emerging mental health professionals. My supervision and clinical style is grounded in a Person-Centered approach, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. I am also basically trained in EMDR and enjoy utilizing CBT both clinically and in supervision. 

Supervision is one of the most meaningful parts of my work. I strive to create a supportive, open, and collaborative environment where supervisees feel safe to learn, grow, and explore their clinical identities. Whether you're just starting out or building confidence in your skills, I aim to provide guidance that fosters both personal and professional development while upholding the highest standards of care. 

When I’m not working, I cherish spending time with my family and recharging through meaningful connection. I'm passionate about this field and honored to play a part in shaping the next generation of mental health professionals.
