Hi there! I'm a therapist-in-training intern at Sol Health, currently pursuing my Marriage and Family Therapy degree at Capella University. Becoming a therapist has been a lifelong calling for me - I have always valued listening to others and supporting them as they navigate life's challenges. I believe each person is the expert of their own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as you identify strengths and set meaningful goals. I often draw from Solution Focus Therapy, which emphasizes the here now while helping you take practical steps towards the future you want to create.
