👋 About Me

Welcome. I am so glad you are here. I’m a graduate therapist at Sol Health, completing my clinical training at Columbia University. For more than 15 years, I’ve worked with individuals and families in New York as a doula and somatic coach, supporting people through moments of profound change, vulnerability, and growth. These experiences shape my belief that healing happens through connection, when clients feel seen and respected as the experts of their own lived experience.

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and integrative, with a strong emphasis on deep listening and curiosity. I draw from embodied awareness, mindfulness techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy and psychedelic-informed care to support clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. I pay close attention to nervous system regulation, offering pathways toward grounding, co-regulation, and a deeper sense of safety and presence.

I aim to create a therapeutic space that feels warm, collaborative, and steady—one where you can slow down, explore what’s arising without pressure, and reconnect with your inner resources. Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, strength, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
