

Hi, I’m Candice, an Associate Therapist. I support people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, life transitions, and stress. I also work with neurodivergent clients looking for space to feel understood and build supportive structure.
My approach blends CBT, person-centered, mindfulness-based, and psychodynamic therapy.
