👋 About Me

I am a Graduate Therapist at Sol Health and a Master of Social Work candidate at Grand Canyon University. My clinical orientation is informed by both academic training and lived experience with PTSD, ADHD, depressive disorders (MDD, PDD), and generalized anxiety.

I am particularly drawn to working with creative and introspective individuals seeking to deepen their understanding of self, interrogate core beliefs, and engage in meaningful change. My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while also incorporating (if desired) humanistic and spiritually informed frameworks when aligned with client values.

I conceptualize healing as a nonlinear process that unfolds most effectively within a relational context marked by safety, attunement, and pacing that honors the client’s readiness. My practice emphasizes the importance of exploring cognition without bypassing affect, fostering a space where complexity is welcomed and self-compassion is cultivated. Through warmth, presence, and appropriate use of humor, I aim to support clients in the nuanced excavation of their inner world.
