Bianca Navarrete is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Student passionate in guiding individuals in their healing journeys. Committed in helping others navigate emotional challenges, rediscover their inner strengths through empowerment and awareness of one’s own inner self.

Inspired by her grandmother, a loving curandera healer from Mexico, Bianca weaves together intergenerational growth with evidence-based counseling practices honoring the integration of the mind, body and spirit. She provides a collaborative, compassionate approach for those experiencing life transitions, stress, trauma, chronic pain or fatigue and personal growth using mindful practices and self-discovery.

Outside of her work and studies, she enjoys going on nature walks in lush forests, spending time near water and caring for her two free roam bunnies.

Ella está comprometida en ayudar a otros a navegar sus emociones y guiar los para descubrir las fortalezas internas y conocer el propio ser interior.Inspirada por su abuela, una amorosa curandera de México, Bianca integra tranformcíon intergeneracional con prácticas de consejería en evidencia, honrando la conexión de la mente, el cuerpo y el espíritu. Bianca ofrece prácticas colaborativo y compasivo para los que experencian transiciones de vida, estrés, trauma, dolor o fatiga crónica, utilizando prácticas de atención plena (mindfulness) y prácticas de relajacíon.Fuera de su trabajo y estudios, Bianca  disfruta  caminar por bosques, pasar tiempo cerca del mar y cuida sus conejitos.
