My name is Bailey, and I’m a second-year master’s student in the School of Social Work at Simmons University. I received a BA in Psychology at New York University and am currently based in New York. I work closely with young adults navigating life's messy, in-between seasons—uncertainty, relationship shifts, self-doubt, or figuring out who you are and what you want.

I know how overwhelming it can feel to start therapy, and my goal is to make it feel less intimidating and more like a conversation with someone who truly gets it. I use a down-to-earth, human approach, often drawing on humor that puts clients at ease while still doing meaningful, growth-oriented work.

I spent years as a hairstylist—an experience that shaped my belief in the power of being heard, seen, and supported without judgment. That space to be yourself informs how I am in the therapy room: grounded, curious, and fully present.

In our work, we’ll draw from CBT, DBT, IFS, psychodynamic theory, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. I support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, family dynamics, and self-esteem—always through a collaborative, strengths-based lens.
