👋 About Me

Hi friends, I’m Chloe, and I’m so glad you’re here. I am a final year MSW student at Binghamton University, who is passionate about creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard.

My work is deeply informed by both my professional training and my own lived experience with mental health, allowing me to connect with you in a genuine and compassionate way. I use mindfulness, strength-based, and trauma-informed approaches to help individuals navigate anxiety, PTSD, depression, life transitions, and experiences of interpersonal violence.

I believe healing looks different for everyone, and you remain in control of your own journey. My role is to walk alongside you with care and encouragement, helping you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
