I’m a therapist-in-training based in NYC, with background experience in community mental health. I specialize in working with people experiencing anxiety, ADHD, relational issues, chronic health conditions, stress/burnout, and identity crises. Based on your needs, I utilize a number of different modalities, including CBT, mindfulness, ACT, and existential approaches. In therapy, I emphasize trust, collaboration, curiosity and, above all, authenticity.
