👋 About Me

Hi, I’m Eve, a Master's of Social Work candidate at Columbia University. Before transitioning to mental health, I spent several years in Investment Banking and Management Consulting, supporting clients through high-stakes decisions and organizational change. While that work sharpened my analytical skills, I felt increasingly drawn to work that aligns with my values.

I bring a mindfulness-based perspective and am passionate about helping clients cultivate self-compassion, emotional resilience, and more fulfilling connections. In support of my clinical training, I recently completed a certificate in Cultivating a Compassionate Heart through Stanford’s Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education (CCARE).

I work collaboratively with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, self-doubt, and identity exploration. My goal is to help clients access their inner clarity and capacity for change. Having navigated big transitions myself, I consider it a privilege to support others through theirs.
