I am a Clinical Supervisor with Sol Health, providing oversight, mentorship, and professional development to aspiring Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs). I earned my Masters in Social Work from New York University. After obtaining my degree, I served as a Medical Social Worker in major hospitals across NY state in Emergency Rooms, Med-Surge floors, and CPeP units. Currently, I am pursing my Ph.D. from Yeshiva University, seeking to investigating the relationship between coping with chronic illness and cultural identity. 

My supervisory approach is rooted in a strengths-based, culturally responsive framework, with an emphasis on skill development, case conceptualization, and clinical documentation. I provide structured supervision sessions that focus on treatment planning, evidence-based interventions, risk assessment, and strategies for working with diverse client populations.

In addition to case review, I guide supervisees in refining their therapeutic techniques, addressing ethical dilemmas, and integrating best practices into their work. I am committed to fostering an environment where clinicians feel supported, challenged, and empowered to deliver high-quality care while continuing to expand their expertise and confidence in serving a wide range of mental health needs.
