👋 About Me

Hello! I’m a final year MSW candidate at NYU's Silver School of Social Work. I’ve supported clients with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, OCD, dissociation, grief, identity questions, and more. I also have lived experience with LGBTQ+ identity and OCD.

My approach centers on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, helping you reconnect with your values and build relief from painful thoughts and emotions. I also use CBT and DBT tools to improve coping and communication.

More than anything, therapy is about what works for you. I’d love to hear what’s helped (or hasn’t) and collaborate on a path forward. Healing starts with relationship—I care deeply and believe in your capacity to thrive.
