I’m a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with a background in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from NYU and have since worked in a range of clinical settings, including inpatient psychiatry at Bellevue Hospital and community mental health programs serving individuals experiencing homelessness, trauma, and severe mental illness.Currently, I provide individual therapy and clinical supervision, with a focus on supporting people through life transitions, identity exploration, and relational challenges. I also bring a strong interest in how our emotional well-being, relationships, and sexuality intersect. I believe therapy should be a space where all aspects of who we are, including our sexuality, can be explored openly and without shame. In my supervisory work, I value curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning. I aim to support emerging clinicians in finding their voice and building confidence in their clinical work, while staying grounded in client-centered, trauma-informed care.
