Howdy! I’m Adam, a board-certified music therapist and graduate student in clinical mental health counseling at the College of William & Mary. For the past five years, I’ve worked at a public inpatient mental health institute, supporting clients from a wide range of backgrounds. I believe gaining an intersectional understanding of a person is critical to addressing their needs—meeting them emotionally, physically, cognitively, socially, and communicatively.
I help young adults navigate the emotional challenges of transition—whether that’s uncertainty, shifting relationships, or exploring their sense of self—with care and compassion. I believe that healing is possible when people feel seen, heard, and supported. Prior to joining Sol Health, I worked with survivors of trauma, which shaped my commitment to creating spaces where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and empowered.
Reaching out for support takes courage, and whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, you're not alone. I offer a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported—exactly as you are. My approach to therapy is compassionate and collaborative. I also believe that healing doesn’t happen in isolation. I consider the roles of family, culture, and environment in your experience, drawing from family systems and holistic perspectives that honor the mind-body connection.
Hi there, I’m so glad you’re here! Choosing to begin therapy is a deeply personal step, and finding the right therapist matters just as much. While this work is centered on you, I want to share that I’m no stranger to life’s harder seasons. My own lived experiences allow me to bring both empathy and practical tools into the therapy room.
Becoming a therapist has been a lifelong calling for me - I have always valued listening to others and supporting them as they navigate life's challenges. I believe each person is the expert of their own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as you identify strengths and set meaningful goals.
Growing up, mental health wasn’t something my family talked about, and I often carried feelings of isolation, anxiety, and self doubt. These experiences shaped my approach to therapy: I aim to create a space where clients feel truly heard and understood. I specialize in working with people who feel lost, disconnected, or stuck, and who are searching for meaning in life. I draw from existential, narrative, and art therapy approaches, helping clients explore the big questions—what is the point of life, who am I, and how can I find purpose.
Hi, I’m Alyssa Phillips, a Marriage and Family Therapist-in-training based in San Diego, CA. I work with adults (18+) navigating anxiety, perfectionism, and the stress of balancing work life with personal life. When school, work, and social expectations feel relentless, I aim to help you pause your spiraling thoughts, organize them, and respond with intention. My approach affirms neurodivergent and queer clients (identities I share) and is rooted in a feminist, antiracist lens that recognizes how systems affect mental health.
Hi, I’m Amanda, a therapist in training at Sol Health. I’m passionate about creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and emotions. I believe in meeting you where you’re at and using techniques like Motivational Interviewing to help you tap into your own inner wisdom and motivation for change.
Hi, I’m Amy. My career in mental health began as a social worker and case manager, where I supported individuals of all ages and backgrounds. These experiences deepened my desire to understand people’s stories and provide support that fosters lasting healing and growth, which led me to pursue counseling. I hold a master’s degree in psychology and am completing a second in clinical mental health counseling.
Hi, I’m Ariana - a Licensed Associate Counselor and therapist-in-training with a master’s and Ed.S. degree from Seton Hall University. I specialize in support for Gen Z, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and emerging adults facing challenges like anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and identity questions. My sessions are structured yet conversational - I emphasize authenticity, humor, and empathy, blending evidence-based tools with space for emotional expression and reflection.
I’m Audrey, a therapist-in-training and MSW candidate at Winthrop University. I prioritize empathy and curiosity in practice, creating an open, conversational space that encourages exploration. My background in theatre and lifelong acting has shown me the power of empathy and the ways art supports healing. Growing up in a military family also instilled early lessons in open-mindedness, curiosity, and compassion with everyone—not just people who look or live like me.
Are you navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck? I’m Austin, a therapist-in-training and Licensed Associate Counselor based in New Jersey, holding a degree from Seton Hall University and certifications in School Counseling and Sports Psychology. With experience supporting adolescents and adults in school and athletic settings, I work collaboratively with clients to help them gain clarity, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
I'm dedicated to providing a secure and encouraging environment for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences as a therapist-in-training. Together, we'll work politely and thoughtfully at your own pace. I want you to feel heard, respected, and accepted because I know that beginning therapy can be frightening. In order to give the best care possible, I'm learning under supervision as a therapist-in-training. I'm LGBTQ+ and came from a refugee family. My viewpoint on identity, resilience, and the difficulties people encounter has been influenced by these experiences. Since I understand how hard it is to feel accepted, I work hard to create a warm and encouraging environment.
I specialize in helping you navigate complex emotional and psychological challenges. With a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed approach, I provide a safe and welcoming space where you can process experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with your strengths.
Hi, I’m Cara, a master’s student in Social Work at LSU, based in New York for the past eight years. My path to social work has been shaped by pivots—I began as a plus-sized model, creating spaces where people could feel seen, and later became a producer, connecting people and ideas. These experiences deepened my belief in representation, connection, and the importance of being heard. In the therapy room, I bring that same ethos. I draw from Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Motivational Interviewing to support clients through life transitions, identity shifts, and those tricky in-between seasons.
My name is Casi, and I am a second-year master’s student in the School of Social Work at Columbia University. I received a BA at Stanford University and am currently based in New York. I work closely with young adults, helping navigate their various relationships with themselves, romantic partners, friends, bosses, passions, boundaries and more. I am a runner, artist, writer, game-player, knitter, and chatter. I'm also a deep thinker and like to meditate and think about consciousness. I'd love to connect over your passions and values, and really get to know you as a person, not just a diagnosis! I believe your strengths and passions can be revamped for emotional wellbeing, and I enjoy adapting hobbies or interests to the wellness process.
Have you ever felt isolated or as though no one truly understands you? Or that your voice isn’t being heard? I’m here to remind you that you're not alone in facing these emotions. I’m Catherine - a therapist-in-training and Licensed Social Worker (LSW in NJ, LMSW in NY) currently completing my MSW at Rutgers University. I support individuals navigating trauma, identity, and belonging, with particular care for those impacted by early childhood trauma, transracial adoption, and cultural disconnection. As an international Chinese transracial adoptee, I bring both clinical insight and lived experience to our work - offering an affirming space where you don’t have to explain or shrink any part of who you are.
Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a therapist-in-training in my last year of my Master's of Social Work program at NYU. I have experience working with clients on issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use, suicidal ideation, dissociation, emotional dysregulation, grief, identity, and much more. I have interest in and lived experience with queerness/LGBTQ identities and OCD. Whatever you are bringing to therapy, I am excited to work with you!
I first studied psychology to better understand myself, but my decision to pursue a Master’s in Social Work comes from a belief in bodhicitta—using compassion to alleviate suffering. Now more than ever, our society needs compassion and values beyond the material. These are themes I explore with clients, using a strengths-based approach to identify personal attributes, positive relationships, and fulfilling hobbies to problem-solve life’s challenges. My clinical interests include positive psychology and mindfulness-based interventions like ACT, DBT, and MBSR. I work well with those learning stress management techniques, pondering existential questions, or grappling with problematic substance use.
Hi, I’m Chloe, a therapist-in-training in Binghamton University’s MSW program and a certified rape crisis counselor with Crime Victims Assistance Center. I practice from a strengths-based, solution-focused perspective, helping clients identify what’s already working and build on existing skills to reach meaningful goals.I believe people are inherently resilient, and I strive to create a supportive space that highlights capabilities rather than limitations.
You might have heard the expression that healing is nonlinear- as your clinician, I feel really strongly that therapy is best when it’s unrushed, and it’s really important that it happens at your own pace and comfort. My take on therapy is that it’s for examining thoughts without bypassing feelings. It’s predicated on excavation of self, a lot of self-compassion, and willingness to closely turn over complex ideas as if in the palms of your hands. From me, you can expect warmth, investment, and- where appropriate- even humor to support increased perspective. This highly personalized process is, I believe, one of the best efforts any of us can make for our health.
I believe therapy should feel like a safe and welcoming space where you don’t have to carry your struggles alone. My approach is collaborative and compassionate—I see us as partners in exploring your story, honoring your strengths, and working through challenges at a pace that feels right for you. As a first-generation college student, I understand how personal history and cultural expectations can shape the way we see ourselves and relate to others. I especially enjoy supporting individuals navigating anxiety, identity, relationships, or big life transitions.
I work with teens and adults seeking a warm, practical approach to therapy. Relationships matter, and so do the conditions in which we live. I consider family history, socioeconomic class, occupation, housing, and access to healthcare. My aim is to help clients feel steadier in their connection with themselves and others, with more space to choose what comes next.
Hello! My name is Daniel Kanter. Social Work is an important field to me because it provides a lens to examine all the variables that compose our identities, as a means of understanding our internal and external worlds. If you are struggling with big questions surrounding purpose, reactivity, anxiety, depression, and identity, you have come to the right place.
My name is Daniel, and I am first year master's student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Queens College. For me, therapy is more than a profession; it is a collaborative and deeply human journey, a journey that I would be honored to undertake with you. My therapeutic approach is both integrative and individualized, drawing from evidence-based practices tailored to your needs.
I offer a compassionate, supportive space where you can feel safe to share your story — exactly as it is. I’m especially drawn to working with individuals who are navigating grief, life transitions, or questions of purpose, belonging, and self-worth. Hello all, as a therapist-in-training with a background in forensic psychology, I strive to create a supportive, empathetic space where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered. Have you ever felt like you are stuck in an endless cycle, where it feels like recurring déjà vu moments? I’m here to gently remind you how powerful you are in becoming more self-aware of certain patterns that take place in your world. I’m Diana, currently working on my MSW at Rutgers University. I want to be able to hold a safe space where you can talk freely without judgement, pressure, or restrictions. Together we will explore your inner world further, to then learn to recognize patterns, and reconnect with your voice and personal power.

I want to help you improve your life, whatever that might look like for you. My name is Eleanor, and I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Yeshiva University. Together, we can examine how trauma and childhood experiences influence your behaviors today. My goal? To help you gain insight into yourself, truly feel and regulate your emotions, and overall enhance the quality of your life.
I enjoy helping clients uncover the root of their challenges while learning practical skills to reframe thoughts and create lasting change. I take a holistic view of each person rather than focusing only on symptoms, bringing kindness, understanding, and compassion into every session. I tailor sessions to each client’s needs using my knowledge and training, with the belief that therapy is not just about addressing issues but also about building resilience, confidence, and self-understanding.

Let me be one of the first to acknowledge the courage it takes to start therapy. It is my hope to create a space where we can begin the process of establishing trust in a safe and confidential environment. Your sessions with me will allow you to discuss your deepest feelings in an environment that welcomes a sense of openness and honesty. I will listen with compassion in the hope that you feel your expression of feelings brings you a sense of relief and freedom, a way to return to a version of yourself that most closely aligns with who you really are. My 8 year career as a yoga teacher also allows me to weave in specific practices like somatic healing, guided meditation and breathwork into my counseling sessions.
Therapy, to me, is a place where you can be yourself without fear of criticism and begin to feel truly heard. My approach is kind, cooperative, and inquiry-based.
