Welcome. I’m glad you’re here. My name is Beth, and I’m a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern completing my training at Walden University. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, feel heard, and explore what’s been weighing on you at your own pace. I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate challenges and move toward greater understanding and balance.
My approach is grounded in person-centered counseling and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I focus on helping you better understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical coping skills to manage anxiety, stress, and academic or life transitions.
Clients have described me as a calm, attentive listener. I value honesty, empathy, and respect in the counseling relationship, meeting each client where they are and honoring their values and lived experiences.
