Graduate Therapists and Associate Therapists are in their journey of becoming licensed therapists. That journey? They need a couple thousand clinical hours.

They're an overlooked pool of deeply qualified therapists who bring fresh clinical perspectives, diverse lived experiences, and deep cultural and generational fluency, yet the mental health industry has been burning them out early because they go unpaid, can't get their hours on time, and lack support when it matters most.

So we set out to give them an incredible provider experience they can’t get anywhere else:

• 1-to-1 expert supervision from a licensed therapist at Sol Health
• Deep training curriculum
• A purpose-built platform that handles matching, scheduling, and outcome tracking so they can focus on delivering quality care

Book sessions around your schedule, with no monthly subscriptions and no hidden fees. We offer:
• 45-minute sessions with our Graduate Therapists for $30 per session.
• 55-minute sessions with our Associate Therapists through insurance.

Sol Sessions

Weekly, 45-minute therapy sessions. Our therapists-in-training are experienced in a number of specialties, such as general anxiety, depression, eating disorders, LGBTQ+, neurodivergence, trauma, ADHD, OCD, and they often use modalities such as CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic, and more. You and your therapist-in-training will come up with a treatment plan and timeline that is best fitted for you.

Sol Strategies

Our therapists-in-training and our licensed supervisors are equipped with the tools to help you fulfill your mental health journey and navigate challenges that arise in your everyday life. Our therapists will assign you exercises and assignments for you to practice outside of sessions.

Therapists-in-training are final-year Master’s students who are receiving advanced training in psychotherapy, have completed a significant portion of their coursework, and are accruing clinical internship hours under expert supervision. As a highly competitive internship site, we are very selective, ensuring that our interns have the right combination of life experience, education, smarts, and intuition to provide best-in-class care for our clients.
