If you're currently navigating life changes that are negatively impacting your mental health, you're not alone. When you experience different stressors, it can manifest in ways that may be difficult to manage without the proper coping skills. My goal as a therapist is to help you effectively manage the struggles you're facing by providing individualized and trauma-informed care.
I specialize in working with adults who have anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, relationship difficulties, trauma, stress and more. You know yourself best, so my purpose is not to tell you what to do, but provide person-centered insight that encourages an improved version of yourself. Starting therapy can be overwhelming, that is why I provide an environment where you can feel seen and heard.
I obtained my Master of Social work degree at Montclair State University, and have been working in the behavioral health field for over 4 years. Previous roles include: ABA Recruiter, Care Coordinator, Therapist-in-Training, Social Work Intern, Office Manager, Special Education Paraprofessional and Administrative Support Specialist. My personal and professional experience, in addition to my education and trainings, have greatly shaped my clinical work. If you're looking to take the next steps in your mental health journey, I encourage you to book your first session; I'm here to support you along the way.
