👋 About Me

My name is Yolanda Coleman, and I am a Graduate Therapist working with Sol Health as a Mental Health Counselor Intern. I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is warm, curious, and nonjudgmental. I aim to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns while building practical tools you can use in everyday life. I draw from evidence-based practices while tailoring our work to fit your unique experiences and goals. I currently work in Child Welfare but also have experience working with individuals who are navigating complex dynamics related to HIV, mental health, and substance use. These experiences have deepened my commitment to meeting clients with empathy, cultural humility, and respect for each person’s story. I hope that our work together helps you feel more grounded, supported, and empowered while recognizing your resilience and capacity for meaningful change.
