👋 About Me

Hey there! Thanks for taking the time to stop by. I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely heard. My approach is strengths-based and solution-focused, with an emphasis on connection, collaboration, and helping you recognize the strengths you already carry within yourself. I often incorporate CBT techniques to help better understand thought patterns, build confidence, and develop practical strategies that support your growth, wellness, and stability.

I fully believe we have to give ourselves grace while we grow. Healing and personal growth are not always linear, and therapy should feel like a safe space to explore challenges without judgment or pressure. I strive to create a supportive environment where you will feel encouraged, empowered, and more confident in navigating life’s ups and downs.

I currently attend Salisbury University, where I continue pursuing my passion for supporting individuals and families. Outside of work, you can usually find me with a good book, cheering on my favorite sports team, attending a sporting event, or spending time outdoors, especially near the water, where I feel most grounded and connected. I look forward to working with you and supporting your next steps!
