
Daphne is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of North Carolina and Connecticut with over ten years of experience working in diverse settings. She earned her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Connecticut and her Bachelor's from University of Hartford where she also played Division 1 basketball.
Throughout Daphne's career she has worked in various settings such as colleges, residentials and private practice with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and belief systems. She is invested in the total well-being of individuals going through life transitions, anxiety, trauma and imposter syndrome.
Daphne has also served as a Training & Development manager, providing training, mentorship to clinical team members and direct care staff. She values honesty, empathy and non-judgement in the work she does while creating a warm, welcoming and supportive environment for clients as well as clinicians.
In addition to her supervisory role at Sol Health, Daphne works with Division 2 student athletes and runs her own private practice based in Connecticut and North Carolina. In her free time, she indulges in nature, travel and good eats.
