I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I draw from Adlerian, Person-Centered, CBT-informed, Family Systems, and trauma-informed approaches while creating a space that feels safe, culturally responsive, and empowering.
My clinical experience began with working with children and families, and I’m especially interested in supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and family-of-origin concerns. Before becoming a counselor, I spent more than 15 years in the corporate world, where I learned the importance of connection, communication, and meaningful relationships. I hope our work together helps you develop greater insight, resilience, and practical tools while feeling supported as you move toward meaningful change.
