Dr. Samantha Silverberg-Stout

Dr. Samantha Silverberg-Stout is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who earned her
doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University and is currently accruing
postdoctoral hours toward licensure as a clinical psychologist. She provides integrative, trauma-
informed care across the developmental lifespan, tailoring treatment to meet the unique needs
of each individual.
Sam specializes in supporting clients managing complex health concerns—such as GI
disorders, POTS, MCAS, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, and chronic pain—as well as those
navigating fertility-related trauma, reproductive and perinatal mental health, and parent-infant
relationship challenges. She also works extensively with individuals experiencing anxiety
disorders, depressive disorders, trauma- and stressor-related disorders, and life transitions or
adjustment difficulties.
She is certified in EMDR (EMDRIA), clinical hypnosis (ASCH), and HypnoBirthing®. Her
collaborative style draws from CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, expressive arts, and attachment-based
approaches to promote nervous system regulation, resilience, and symptom relief.
Sam is licensed to practice in Virginia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Vermont (telehealth). As
a clinical supervisor, she emphasizes reflective practice, diagnostic clarity, and whole-person
wellness. She supports clinicians in cultivating developmentally attuned, trauma-responsive,
and ethically grounded work, while also encouraging growth in case formulation, cultural
humility, and therapist self-care.
