Welcome, I’m a therapist-in-training with Sol Health and a second year Master of Social Work student at East Texas A&M University. I began my career in education, supporting families while nurturing children’s learning and overall wellbeing. I’m a military spouse, and parent of two, bringing a deep understanding of family dynamics, and life transitions.
I specialize in domestic abuse as a victim advocate. I want to work with you in navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, and major life changes. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, integrating cognitive-behavioral, strengths-based, and solution-focused practices alongside somatic techniques, although not limited to these methods.
Together we will work to promote healing while strengthening your mind-body connection to recognize stress responses and restore balance. I’m committed to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered in your journey. Your welcome to book with me, we’ll move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you.
