Motivating

Empowering

My name is Qadriyyah, preferred name Q, and I am a graduate therapist pursuing my Master in Social Work through Boston University. For the past decade, I have worked within the mental health field providing supportive services for individuals who felt like they were not being seen.  I approach my sessions by creating a welcoming space where clients can feel safe and comfortable. I approach each session with empathy, compassion, and a willingness to learn.

‍

My hope for any client that I work with is that you leave each session feeling heard and knowing that you are not alone in this process.  I work with clients using a collaborative person-centered approach that fosters trust and a motivation to change.

‍

When I’m not working as a graduate therapist, I am raising two children as a single parent who loves watching horror, Marvel, and Harry Potter movies.
