I believe therapy begins with feeling truly seen and understood. Through my work and my own life experiences, I’ve come to believe that no matter what someone may be struggling with on the outside, there is always something good within—a part that wants to be loved, understood, connected, and to move toward something better. My approach is warm, genuine, curious, and deeply nonjudgmental.

I’ve spent years working with middle and high school students, including young people who have struggled to find their place. I’ve also worked with individuals facing homelessness, addiction, trauma, and major life transitions. As a husband and father of two, I bring my own humanity and an appreciation for how complex life and relationships can be into the therapy room.

In therapy, we’ll first slow down and understand your story—where your patterns come from, what has shaped you, and what’s happening beneath the surface. From there, we’ll turn that understanding into action, building practical tools and new patterns that can help you create healthier relationships and a life that feels more authentically yours.
