👋 About Me

Nicole is a somatic practitioner and therapy intern with over two decades of experience supporting people in reconnecting with their bodies, emotions, and inner wisdom. Her approach blends somatic awareness with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), relational work, and humanistic principles to help clients better understand their patterns while building practical tools for change. She believes healing happens when we feel safe enough to be curious about ourselves, with both compassion and honesty.

Nicole is especially drawn to working with clients navigating transitions, identity, creative blocks, and the complexities of being human. Her work integrates breath, physiology, and gentle awareness to help clients move through stuck places and access a deeper sense of alignment and possibility.

Clients often experience Nicole as warm, grounded, and real. She brings humor, creativity, and a collaborative spirit into the room, creating a space where you can explore, expand, and come home to yourself.
