๐Ÿ‘‹ About Me

You might be coming to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward in a way that actually fits you. In my work, I help people slow down, clarify what matters to them, and make sense of patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships so they can move toward change that feels meaningful and sustainable.

I tend to work well with clients who donโ€™t feel at home in conventional paths and who are trying to build lives that make sense for them, not just on paper. Many of the people I work with are neurodivergent (especially autistic and/or ADHD), navigating complex or attachment-based trauma, and/or part of queer, kink, or non-monogamous communities. I bring both clinical training and lived experience into sessions, which helps translate insight into something practical and grounded.

My approach is collaborative and flexible, shaped by what we explore together. Therapy with me is a space to reflect, experiment, and adjust through trial and error rather than following a rigid formula. My hope is that clients leave feeling less alone in their experiences and more confident in making choices that align with who they are.
