👋 About Me

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step (it is!) but I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the start. As a clinical mental health counseling graduate student, I take a warm, collaborative approach that centers your unique experiences and goals. I believe therapy works best when it moves at your pace, allowing space to explore both thoughts and emotions with curiosity and without judgment. I often draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT while also incorporating a holistic perspective that honors your identity, values, and life context.

I’m especially passionate about working with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, and challenges related to stress or access to care. I also speak Spanish and welcome Spanish-speaking clients who may feel more at ease expressing themselves in their preferred language. My work is grounded in a commitment to equity and helping clients feel genuinely seen and understood. Together, we’ll build insight, strengthen coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change that supports your overall well-being beyond the therapy room. I can't wait to hear your story and to help you navigate it.
