Melissa Stewart

Hello, my name is Melissa Stewart. As a therapist-in-training and a dedicated family service worker for the past 17 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families from all walks of life. My professional journey, coupled with my personal experiences, including navigating job changes, divorce, and single parenthood, has deepened my empathy and strengthened my passion for walking alongside others during challenging times. I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to move forward. I understand how overwhelming life transitions can be, and I approach each session with compassion, care, and a genuine commitment to helping clients find their voice and resilience.

I believe that although our paths may differ, we all deserve to be supported with respect, dignity, and understanding. I’m especially passionate about working with individuals navigating relationship issues, identity exploration, grief, and other major life transitions. Clients often describe my approach as warm, grounded, and empowering. My goal is to help you uncover your strengths, gain insight, and move at your own pace toward a more confident and fulfilling life. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I’m honored to be part of yours.
