Being human is truly complex. Whatever you’re navigating—big feelings, big questions, life transitions, burnout, anxiety, trauma, grief, or loss—I’m here to work with you to slow down, connect, and create a more grounded and fulfilling everyday life.
My practice integrates relational, cognitive, and mindfulness-based approaches, with attention to both present-day challenges and the deeper patterns that shape how we understand ourselves and relate to others. I draw on somatic awareness and nervous system regulation, grounded in the belief that the body can guide us toward a deeper awareness of what we need. I’m especially interested in working with people who want to better understand themselves and their relationships, explore their identity, and reconnect with pleasure, purpose, and a deeper connection to the world around them.
I’m an MSW Candidate at Columbia University, bringing years of experience as an NYC hairstylist and salon studio owner. A former ballet dancer with a deep love for music, philosophy, and art, these experiences continue to shape my perspective as a therapist.
My approach is down-to-earth, collaborative, compassionate, and insightful. I welcome your tears and laughter. If this resonates with you, I’d love to connect.
