I am a final year MSW student who believes therapy should be a supportive, respectful, and collaborative space where clients feel heard and understood. I approach each person with curiosity, empathy, and cultural humility, recognizing that everyone’s experiences, identities, relationships, and environments shape the challenges they face. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, identify their strengths, and develop practical ways to manage stress, difficult emotions, relationships, and life transitions. I take a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach and strive to meet clients where they are without judgment. I hope our work together creates a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, exploring what matters most to you, and moving toward meaningful and realistic changes in your life.
