Sometimes, the thoughts, emotions, and experiences we carry can weigh us down and occupy more mental and emotional space than we would like. Therapy can offer an opportunity to slow down, process what you are experiencing, and explore new ways of responding to life's challenges. I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free space where clients feel safe being their authentic selves while working toward meaningful change at their own pace.
I am particularly interested in working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, addiction, and gambling-related concerns. I recognize that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I draw on evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to meet each client's unique needs. My hope is to help clients better understand themselves and their experiences, feel more confident navigating difficult moments, and develop practical tools to create lasting, positive change.
