👋 About Me

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to make sense of everything you’re carrying? If you’re looking for a space to slow down and sort things out, you’re in the right place.

I’m Lucy, a graduate student in clinical training at Rutgers University. I offer a collaborative, nonjudgmental, and laid-back space where you can feel understood, gain insight, and build confidence in your choices. I have experience working with emerging adults navigating anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, identity exploration, and life transitions. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and am a first-generation immigrant.

Alongside my clinical training, I also work in public health, which shapes how I understand mental health as deeply connected to culture, identity, and the systems we move through every day. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d love to support you. We’ll figure it out together.
