👋 About Me

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to make sense of everything you’re carrying? If you’re looking for a space to slow down and sort things out, you’re in the right place.

I’m Lucy, a final-semester graduate student in clinical training at Rutgers University. I offer a collaborative, nonjudgmental, and laid-back space where you can reflect, feel understood, and build confidence in your own choices. I have experience working with emerging adults, including those with disabilities, ADHD, neurodivergence, and LGBTQIA2S+ identities. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and am a first-generation immigrant.

Alongside my clinical training, I also work in public health, which shapes how I understand mental health as connected to culture, identity, and the systems we move through every day. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d love to support you — we’ll figure it out together.
