Do you feel like you’re holding it all together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unsure underneath? Maybe you’re navigating a major life transition, struggling in relationships, putting too much pressure on yourself, or simply trying to figure out what you want next. Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or intimidating, and you don’t need to show up with all the answers.
My approach is primarily person-centered, which means I believe you are the expert on your own life. I’m not here to tell you who to be or what you “should” do. Instead, I want to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. I’m warm, collaborative, strengths-based, and willing to gently challenge you when it can help you grow.
I enjoy working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, self-esteem, identity, life transitions, and big emotions. Therapy with me can be meaningful and emotional, but there’s also room to laugh, be human, and admit that sometimes life is just messy. You don’t need the perfect words to begin—you just need a place to start.
