Have you ever spent so much time trying to hold everything together on your own, even when part of you wished you didn't have to? Maybe you've been carrying something heavy, feeling stuck, or struggling to make sense of what you're experiencing. Maybe you've wondered if what you're going through is “enough” to ask for help, felt nervous to open up, or weren't sure where to begin. Whatever brings you here, you deserve a space to feel heard, understood, and supported.
I’m especially interested in working with young adults navigating identity, relationship stress, confidence and self-esteem struggles, grief and loss, trauma, or new chapters of life. I also support those experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and OCD.
My approach is easy-going and compassionate. You don't need to have all the answers about yourself or know exactly what you need from therapy before you begin. We can figure it out together, at your own pace. Your experiences, goals, and what feels most helpful to you will guide our work together. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you can let your guard down and share what may be difficult to put into words. Together, we can work toward a deeper understanding of yourself, practical tools for challenges, and greater trust in your abilities.
I am pursuing my MSW at Columbia University and earned my BA in Psychology from the College of Charleston.
