Down-to-earth

Hi, I'm Kristin! I am a graduate therapist who works with teens and young adults who are trying to make sense of difficult experiences, navigate complicated family relationships, or figure out who you are and where you're headed. I specialize in working with complex trauma, adoption-related concerns, grief, loss, and the challenges that can arise around self-worth, connection, and belonging. I also support young adults through life transitions, changing relationships, increased independence, and discovering who you want to be.

My approach is authentic, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership, where you feel supported, understood, and appropriately challenged.

Together, we'll explore how your past influences your present while building healthier relationships, greater self-trust, and new ways of moving forward. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in understanding the experiences, relationships, and strengths that have shaped you. Therapy can be a place to slow down, gain perspective, and create meaningful change.
