👋 About Me

Hi, I’m Katherine, a therapist-in-training studying through the MSW program at Columbia University. I work with populations who are thoughtful, self-aware, and often carrying a lot--emotionally, intellectually, or both. Many of the people I speak with are navigating anxiety or depression, feeling burned out, or moving through a major life transition and wanting space to slow down, make sense of things, and reset their direction.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and grounded in curiosity. I draw from multiple modalities and perspectives, with an emphasis on understanding patterns, emotions, and nervous system responses. I am interested in both insight and action--helping you see yourself more clearly while also supporting change that feels realistic for your values.

I aim to create a steady, thoughtful space where you don’t have to perform or have everything figured out. Therapy with me is a place to think out loud, be honest about what’s hard, and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
