
Evelyn Almonte, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience providing trauma-informed and culturally responsive mental health care. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Gender Studies and Social Work from New York University and her Master’s in Social Work from Yeshiva University.
Throughout her career, Evelyn has worked across a range of settings including community-based clinics, schools, and private practice. Her clinical approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices, with a focus on supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.Evelyn has also served as a clinical supervisor and mentor, providing guidance to early-career therapists and interdisciplinary teams. She values open communication, professional development, and creating emotionally safe environments for both clients and clinicians.
In addition to her supervisory role at Sol Health, Evelyn runs a private psychotherapy practice based in New York. She is committed to fostering clinical excellence and supporting the next generation of mental health professionals.
