There are seasons when life feels heavy or hard to move through, and it takes courage to look for support. You might even be unsure whether talking to a therapist is the right step for you, and that’s okay. Sometimes just talking to someone can make a real difference. I’m glad you’re here.
I particularly enjoy working with young adults navigating life transitions, overwhelm, or times when things just don’t feel right. Together we’ll explore the thoughts and feelings that are getting in the way, set clear goals, and build on the strengths you already have so you can move forward with more hope and confidence. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based approaches in a collaborative and approachable way.
I currently work as a supervisor in a job training program, where I have supported people from many different backgrounds for the past seven years, including those living with ADHD, anxiety, depression, disabilities, criminal records, or simply needing extra support. I am currently a graduate social work therapist working under the supervision of a licensed therapist. If any of this resonates with you, I’d be happy to talk and see whether we’re a good fit. Feel free to reach out. I look forward to hearing from you.
