👋 About Me

I believe therapy is a space where people can feel seen, understood, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. My approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration, and I aim to create an environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, emotions, and goals at their own pace.

Hi, I'm Karsyn, a final year MSW candidate at the University of Utah. In my work, I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and strengths-based practices to help clients reframe challenges, connect more deeply with their personal values, and build resilience.

My background in school counseling and social work training gives me both practical tools and a strong sense of compassion that I bring into the therapeutic process. My hope is that clients leave our sessions feeling more grounded, connected, and empowered to face life with greater clarity and confidence.
